Suntra considers itself a caring employer and a corporate citizen with an
obligation of service to wider community.
At our manufacturing site, one of the three buildings has been converted into a well-equipped dormitory for our production staff. Hygiene and cleanliness are regularly maintained to provide a pleasant and comfortable living environment for them.
Twice each month, birthday parties are held for our employees. Short excursions and other recreational activities are also organized for their participation. Annual dinners are held every year to demonstrate the company's appreciation for the hard work of its staff.

Suntra's efforts to maintain staff welfare and satisfaction have been recognized by the local authorities, which awarded the company with the prestigious Staff Satisfaction Award for five consecutive years from 2005 to 2009. Another official endorsement of our efforts in this area is the 2008 Workers' family certification, granted by the local authority in Changan district of Dongguan, southern China.
Proof of our corporate commitment to safeguard the safety of our product end-users is the "Aastra Ethosourcing Program Award" conferred by Aastra Telecom Inc. It recognizes our initiatives to advance human security by monitoring and improving our factory conditions in which our products are manufactured and in embracing social causes around the world.
At the community level, Suntra is a regular sponsor of The Eagle Down Foundation, a nonprofit Canadian charitable organization dedicated to supporting and equipping youth, globally and locally, to live in a more peaceful and prosperous world.
