The two SMT production lines at our factory are set up to facilitate assembly of PCB and components and achieve a reliable performance of electronic circuit boards embedded in our telephone products.
Five high-speed mounters, two heat-reflow ovens, one fully automatic soldiering paste printer, one semi-auto soldering paste printer and two automatic optical inspection machines have been installed for a variety of functions, including placement, inspection, soldering, screen printing, glue dispensing and cleaning. X-ray machines are also in place for BGA (ball grid array) inspection to detect and isolate process defects on the top of circuit boards.
Four fully-equipped assembly lines are featured in our factory, complete with an inline acoustic test room to test the telephone handsets, alongside microphones and speakerphones, on the assembled units. Plastic casings are fitted onto printed circuit boards at the assembly lines, before being sent for functional tests.
Our assembly processes are monitored by qualified technical staff who are tasked to undertake prompt rectifications and trouble-shooting, where appropriate, to eliminate product defects and attain optimal production efficiency.
All incoming materials must be cleared by our RoHS tester to ensure their compliance with international standards on content safety.
In Process Quality Control (IPQC) is conducted to ensure products' compliance to our in-house quality standards and customer requirements, at various stages of manufacturing and assembly. Product components, manufacturing assemblies and workmanship of products are all subject to such inline quality control.
Supervising this critical procedure at our factory is the "In Line Quality Control (QC)" team, whereby QC staff is available on the production lines to perform full functional and cosmetic checks on all units based on the project specifications. To reinforce the stringency of quality management is our Quality Assurance Team to conduct random check on the functional and cosmetic integrity of the units from each and every production batch, in compliance with AQL standards.
Finished telephone products are also subject to other different Reliability Tests to ensure that they function well under extreme temperatures and bumpy road conditions.
