Established in 1993, our company specializes in the development and manufacturing of business telephones and related products. Most of them are sold to the US, Canada and Europe.
We provide a one-stop range of turnkey solutions from product development, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control to final delivery and shipment. Suntra is also experienced in designing telephones that are compliant to the Type Approval standards of telecommunications authorities around the world including FCC, CE, TBR, UL and ETL.
Accredited with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, our factory in Dongguan is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and facilities, such as SMT machines and a plethora of testing equipments. 500 strong workforces is a mixture of talents, including management professionals, engineers, hardware and software designers, PCB specialists and production staff. We work as a cohesive team to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Our company has come a long way since its inception in 1993. At the time, a vibrant entrepreneurial private sector was springing up in China alongside state-controlled firms. Looking overseas for opportunities, they exerted enormous competitive pressure on their Hong Kong counterparts.
To survive, it became essential for Suntra to scale a few notches up the technology value chain, over and above what these ambitious PRC firms were capable of doing. And we started manufacturing regular telephones for retail in the US.
Despite our relatively scant resources, we persevered against all odds to upgrade our technology and product quality. As our company matured, we started venturing into production of mid-range business telephones.
Today, we are a vertically-integrated turnkey contract manufacturer serving some of the biggest names in the business telecommunications industry. Our market reach has expanded. We have invested more in technology and machines. Our staff caliber is higher than before. Most of all, it is the significant upgrades in our product and service quality that have propelled us ahead of the competition.
